Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for supporters visiting hospitality areas, executive suites and premium retail locations across the stadium.
Engage with Executive Members, hospitality guests and fans from around the world, providing personalised service and expert product knowledge.
Provide professional support throughout the guest visit.
Work across Old Trafford to ensure consistent, premium service during matchdays and events.
