Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to deliver premium hospitality experiences across matchdays and non-matchdays from Bodymoor Heath and Villa Park. You will coordinate bookings, guest communications, events and travel, while handling renewals, invoicing and reporting to support revenue and operations.

The role requires strong administration, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexibly evenings, weekends and events as part of a Premier League club.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration, coordination and events.
• Strong customer service skills in face-to-face roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate hospitality bookings and guest communications.
• Plan events, travel arrangements and gifting programmes.
• Support renewals, invoicing and reporting activities.
• Assist with operational projects, venue maintenance and refurbishments.
• Support matchday delivery across Men’s, Women’s and Academy fixtures.
