Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Disability Access Officer to lead accessibility across our venues and services, ensuring everyone can enjoy football at Villa Park and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.

You will work across matchdays and events, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to promote inclusion, accessibility, and safe, welcoming experiences for all supporters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a disability access role, ideally within sports or public-facing environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of disability legislation and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead on ensuring club accessibility across venues and services.
• Represent the Club and build relationships with external organisations and stakeholders.
• Attend matchdays and events to provide real-time accessibility support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate accessibility arrangements.
