Job summary

LHM Luxury Hotel Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor for its premium hotel bar and cocktail lounge in Lincoln. You will lead a team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and deliver high standards of service during busy periods.

The role requires bar supervisory experience, leadership and outstanding hospitality skills, with a strong track record in cocktails, wines and guest relations. In-person work with shift rotations and tips/service charge.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar supervisory roles.
• Excellent customer service and leadership.
• Experience serving cocktails, wines and draught.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Fluent English.
• Numeracy and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bar team during service.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding service.
• Greet customers and ensure a warm welcome.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar and lounge.
• Stock monitoring and cash handling.
• Upsell drinks and food and promote promotions.
• Ensure licensing, health and safety compliance.
