You will oversee bar operations, drive sales, mentor a premium team, and collaborate with hotel leadership to establish procedures, brand standards and seamless service. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role in a prestigious opening, demanding strong leadership and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bar Assistant General Manager or Bar Manager.
• Experience in luxury hotel, high-end bar, restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
• Passion for service and guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Knowledge of operational standards and service delivery.
• Hands-on, energetic approach.
• Strong commercial awareness incl. sales and profitability.
• Attention to detail and maintaining high standards.
• Willing to join a new opening and build from ground up.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for the smooth running of the operation, with a particular focus on bar and guest experience
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Drive exceptional service standards and ensure consistency across every guest touchpoint
• Be hands-on and visible, leading from the front and setting the tone for the team
• Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Support the opening of the venue and help establish operational procedures and standards
• Drive sales, upselling and commercial performance
• Support recruitment, training and development of the team
• Manage rotas, staffing levels and operational costs
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service and compliance
