Job summary

LHM Luxury Hotel Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Bartender for a premium hotel restaurant in the Cathedral Quarter.

Join a friendly, professional hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest service, wine and beverage expertise, and polished bar operations. This in-person role requires at least 1 year bartending experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to upsell and manage guest requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of wines, beverages and bar service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails; upsell where appropriate.
• Take food and drink orders; ensure accurate delivery to guests.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately; maintain bar cleanliness.
