Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Front of House Manager in a premium North West London development. You will lead a small concierge team, ensure exceptional resident service, and coordinate contractors and permits with a focus on safety and smooth daily operations.

You'll manage the front desk and amenities, monitor service levels, and drive SOPs to maintain immaculate spaces and responsive guest handling in a busy residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a concierge/front desk team in premium residential or hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors and permits.
• Strong health & safety compliance awareness.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a front-of-house team to deliver premium resident experience from greeting to follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate contractors/maintenance.
• Uphold health and safety standards and maintain clear logs and reports.
• Coordinate with residents, site teams and managing agents to ensure smooth operations.
