Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Front of House Manager in a premium North West London development. You will lead a small concierge team, ensure exceptional resident service, and coordinate contractors and permits with a focus on safety and smooth daily operations.
You'll manage the front desk and amenities, monitor service levels, and drive SOPs to maintain immaculate spaces and responsive guest handling in a busy residential setting.
Set within expansive landscaped grounds in North West London, this landmark residential community offers a premium lifestyle with concierge, gym, pool, spa, a residents' lounge and generous communal gardens. You'll be at the heart of a vibrant and growing neighbourhood with over 2000 homes, welcoming a diverse mix of residents and guests in a calm, polished front-of-house environment. With the Northern line just moments away, the development blends resort-style amenities with fast connections into Central London, creating a dynamic, service-focused setting for your work.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate contractors and permits, uphold health and safety standards, and keep communication flowing between residents, site teams and managing agents.
