Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Lobby Ambassador in Westminster to welcome residents and guests, manage lobby flow, and coordinate concierge services. You will handle enquiries, deliveries, and bookings while maintaining luxury front-of-house standards in a 24/7 concierge environment.

The role involves coordinating with the concierge team, security and contractors, sustaining an immaculate, professional lobby, and delivering exceptional service to a discerning community.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house or hospitality settings.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to greet residents and guests—by name where possible.
• Clear and confident communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work a structured shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Host the lobby and welcome arrivals, manage visitor access, and maintain a polished front-of-house.
• Handle enquiries, log requests, and coordinate concierge services with the team.
• Manage deliveries and returns, ensuring secure parcel handling and smooth handovers.
• Monitor building standards and assist with health and safety checks.
• Liaise with residents, contractors and colleagues to plan visits and minimise disruption.
