ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will lead the concierge function, setting the tone for five-star service at reception while coordinating a small team to keep operations smooth and secure. Most days you’ll balance people-focused front-of-house duties with behind-the-scenes coordination—managing deliveries, contractors, resident requests and building standards—while acting as the go-to point for queries and escalation.

- The reception and lobby present flawlessly at all times with clear standards and checklists followed.
- Rosters, handovers and daily logs are accurate, timely and support seamless 24/7 coverage.
- Incidents, access control and health and safety procedures are managed calmly and by the book.
- Contractors and deliveries are coordinated without disruption to residents or security.
- Team members are well-briefed, supported and continuously improving through your coaching.
How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Leading by example at the front desk: welcoming residents and visitors and resolving queries quickly.
- Overseeing team shifts, handovers, daily briefings and allocating tasks to meet service priorities.
- Managing parcel rooms, key control, access passes and vigilant lobby and CCTV monitoring.
- Coordinating bookings for amenities, move-ins/outs, parking and resident services.
- Liaising with contractors and the building management team to schedule works and maintain standards.
- Maintaining accurate records: incident reports, logs, permits to work and compliance checklists.
