Sodexo Live! at Ascot Racecourse is seeking a proactive Hospitality Assistant to support premium suites, private boxes, fine dining and event spaces. You will set up rooms, maintain standards and work with the Operations team to ensure flawless events.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll assist with back-of-house planning, train and supervise casual staff, manage deliveries and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality event operations and guest services.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain high service standards.
• Excellent communication with clients and event organisers.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Provide logistical and operational support for day-to-day hospitality operations.
• Set up hospitality rooms and spaces to spec, coordinating with Operations.
• Ensure high service standards and collaborative customer service.
• Assist with back-of-house planning for race meetings and conferences.
• Attend weekly meetings to support planning.
• Keep site clean, safe and organised.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory; arrange repairs/replacements.
• Oversee casual back-of-house staff and provide guidance.
• Oversee deliveries and store items properly.
• Adapt to changing event requirements and prioritise tasks.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and SOP adherence.
• Communicate effectively with clients at senior level.
• Right to work in the UK.
