Role emphasizes front-to-back coordination, set-up to SOPs, and a collaborative team approach in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to outstanding guest experiences across premium venues.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of hospitality, catering and events operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, courteous and approachable manner.
• Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Ability to follow SOPs and established processes.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Aufgaben

• Provide logistical and operational support to hospitality and back-of-house operations.
• Set up hospitality rooms and event spaces to specifications.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure high service standards.
• Support planning and organisation of back-of-house areas for events.
• Attend weekly meetings for future planning.
• Keep the site clean, safe and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory; arrange repairs/replacements.
• Oversee casual Back of House staff and training as needed.
• Oversee deliveries and storage of hospitality items.
• Adapt to changing event requirements and priorities.
