Lindt & Sprüngli UK stores in Leeds are seeking a part-time Retail Assistant on a casual hours contract. You will be part of a team delivering exceptional Lindt Service and helping customers find the perfect chocolate moments.

Responsibile for greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and contributing to a welcoming, presentable store. Experience in retail and a friendly, can-do attitude are valued to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and operate the till to process transactions.
• Support store delivery, stock replenishment and shelf presentation.
• Assist with gifting and maintaining a presentable, shoppable store.
• Help manage queues and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
