Lindt & Sprüngli (U.K.) Limited is seeking a part-time role based at the Caledonia Store, 8 hours per week. You will help achieve the store’s retail plan, act as a Lindt brand ambassador, and deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with management to drive sales and maintain standards.

• Proven retail experience and ability to work as part of a team.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales turnover and store profitability in line with the retail plan.
• Use business tools and judgement to drive sales and targets.
• Collaborate with store management on trading opportunities.
• Deliver operational excellence and flawless execution of processes.
• Maintain health and safety standards and stock controls.
• Act as a Lindt brand ambassador and deliver the Lindt service proposition.
