Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (U.K.) Limited seeks a flexible, friendly retail assistant for our Meadowhall store on a casual, zero-hours basis. You will work with the team to hit store targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and participate in product sampling and loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities span customer service, stock delivery and replenishment, and visual merchandising. A can-do attitude, reliability and teamwork are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a retail organisation is preferable.
• Motivated self-starter with a drive for results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships internally and externally.
• An infectious can do attitude - ready to try new things and enthuse everyone you meet.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet customers, process transactions at the till, upsell and guide customers to loyalty program benefits.
• Delivery/Stock/Replenishment: process deliveries, keep stockroom organized, keep shop floor fixtures full.
• VM/Gift Specialist: help maintain store presentation, build gifting to guidelines and monitor stock levels.
