Job summary

Lindt UK is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for Piccadilly Circus, 20 hours per week. You will support the store management to deliver the retail plan and embody the Lindt Service proposition to delight customers.

You'll bring retail experience, numeracy and IT skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities to drive sales, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail and team performance.
• Numerate with good analytical and IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales turnover and store profitability.
• Collaborate with store management on opportunities for key trading periods.
• Deliver flawless execution of processes, procedures and visual standards.
• Maintain awareness of audit and loss prevention controls and inventory integrity.
• Be an expert Lindt brand ambassador delivering the Lindt Service proposition.
