Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group in Ashford is seeking a casual Customer Service Associate to join our store team. You will help deliver the Lindt service proposition, greet customers, process till transactions, upsell items and support stock replenishment to keep the shop floor inviting.

As part of a flexible, 0-hours contract, you’ll work with colleagues to meet store targets, participate in product sampling and promotion activities, and uphold health and safety standards while embodying Lindt values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Motivated self-starter with drive for results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent standard of customer service and process transactions accurately.
• Support deliveries, keep stockroom organized and shop floor full.
• Assist with gifting and maintain store appearance to be presentable and shoppable.
