Job summary

Lindt UK is recruiting for a Customer Service role at the Braintree store on a zero‑hour contract. You will work with the store team to achieve targets, deliver the Lindt service proposition, greet customers, and process transactions with a can‑do attitude while upselling and introducing customers to our loyalty program.

The role covers stock delivery and replenishment, keeping the stockroom organized, maintaining full shop floor fixtures, and communicating low levels to management.

• Proven experience within a retail organisation.

Responsibilities

• Work with team and Management to achieve store targets.
• Provide excellent standard of customer service.
• Accurately processing transactions through the till.
• Upsell and add on items as well as offering alternatives.
• Support team with the Sampling of products and introducing customers to our Loyalty program.
• Comply with company Health and Safety policy and procedures, and take associated actions to ensure a safe working environment for all.
