Job summary

Marshall Aston Martin Tunbridge Wells is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join our premium-brand service team. You will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth service journeys from booking through to vehicle collection.

You will handle warranty administration, service and parts coordination, inventory tasks, and proactive customer follow-ups, delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage workload.
• Pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Balance warranty administration with Service and Parts duties.
• Oversee warranty submissions and track claims.
• Be the key link between customers and the workshop from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers and keep them informed during repair/service.
• Proactively follow up to maintain customer relationships.
• Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and service plans as needed.
• Ensure processes meet department objectives and legal requirements.
• Receive, store, and organize parts and stock deliveries to support technicians.
