Job summary

Marshall Aston Martin Tunbridge Wells is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join our premium-brand service team. You will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth service journeys from booking through to vehicle collection.

You will handle warranty administration, service and parts coordination, inventory tasks, and proactive customer follow-ups, delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Balance warranty administration with Service and Parts duties.
• Oversee warranty submissions and track claims.
• Be the key link between customers and the workshop from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers and keep them informed during repair/service.
• Proactively follow up to maintain customer relationships.
• Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and service plans as needed.
• Ensure processes meet department objectives and legal requirements.
• Receive, store, and organize parts and stock deliveries to support technicians.

At Marshall Aston Martin Tunbridge Wells, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our aftersales team, acting as a vital link between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth, satisfying service journeys.

In this role:

You’ll balance responsibilities across both warranty administration, Service and Parts, including:

• Managing the accurate and timely completion of all warranty-related administration, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and group policies
• Overseeing warranty submissions, tracking claims, and resolving any discrepancies efficiently
• Acting as the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering a professional service from booking through to vehicle collection
• Welcoming customers and keeping them informed throughout the repair and service process
• Proactively managing follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
• Supporting customers with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service plans, acting as a trusted advisor
• Ensuring all processes meet departmental objectives, legal requirements, and high customer service standards
• You’ll receive, unload, store and organise incoming parts and stock deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records, respond to workshop and customer enquiries, and pick and distribute parts to support technicians and keep work running on schedule.
