Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Premises Manager to join a Schools project in Bristol. You will lead a team of Premises Assistants, supervising security, porterage and cleaning, while ensuring smooth site operations and adherence to SLA/KPI targets.

The role operates on a shift-based rota with early starts (6:00am) and late finishes (7:00pm) and includes on-call duties. A full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.
• Experience leading premises or facilities teams.
• Ability to manage security, cleaning and porterage services.
• Comfort with shift-based rotas and on-call arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Premises Assistants and oversee security, porterage and cleaning.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise works.
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance to meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Control expenditure within budget and manage damages.
• Maintain high standards of site and equipment condition.
