Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Premises Manager to join a Schools project in Bristol. You will lead a team of Premises Assistants and oversee security, porterage, cleaning, and site supervision while delivering services within budget and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS clearance, a 40-hour week on a shift rota starting at 6:00am and finishing by 7:00pm, and participation in an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Premises Assistants.
• Manage services such as security, porterage, cleaning and general site supervision.
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance, ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Maintain sites and equipment to high standards.
• Handle on-call rota and shift-based duties.
