Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Premises Manager (Lead Caretaker) for a schools project in Bristol. You will oversee a team of Premises Assistants, manage security, porterage, cleaning, and site supervision on a 40-hour week.

The role operates on a shift-based rota from 6:00am to 7:00pm, with on-call duties. A full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS clearance are required, and eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services within budget, achieve high customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for customers, end users, and stakeholders.
• Lead and oversee a team of Premises Assistants, managing services such as security, porterage, cleaning, and general site supervision.
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance, manage authority damage effectively, and maintain sites and equipment to a consistently high standard.
• Operate on a shift-based rota, with working hours covering starts from 6:00am and finishing up to 7:00pm, and participate in an on-call rota.
