Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking a specialist in condition monitoring to lead vibratory analysis and machinery reliability across manufacturing sites. You will implement and oversee CBM programs, interpret vibration data and drive improvements in asset availability.

The role requires an experienced engineer with mechanical or electrical training, strong RCA skills, and the ability to guide maintenance teams. On-site at Leicester, with a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Time served engineer with mechanical/electrical discipline.
• Rotating equipment knowledge (pumps, bearings, gearboxes, motors).
• Industrial experience in food manufacturing advantageous.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and RCA/Kaizen tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering shift and support teams in reliability analyses.
• Supervise condition monitoring and verification checks using fixed and remote systems.
• Generate periodic CBM survey and progress reports.
