Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo UK is recruiting a Line Engineering Lead for our Coventry site to drive operational excellence, equipment reliability and team performance. You will own line engineering results, lead maintenance strategy and loss elimination, and develop capability across shift teams, ensuring delivery against KPIs such as OEE, downtime and cost control.

You’ll work in a days-based role, with strong emphasis on ownership, accountability and proactive problem solving, aligned to our Engineering Roadmap

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Engineering background with NVQ Level 3 / HNC / HND or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with KPI delivery.
• Strong coaching, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with IWS, Progressive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Own line engineering performance including OEE, downtime and costs.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling, reducing reactive work.
• Develop team capability and drive Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure compliance with change management and SAP work orders.
• Coach shift technicians and maintain high workmanship standards.
