Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a permanent Deburring Operative for a precision aerospace manufacturer in Tewkesbury. The role involves removing burrs from metal parts, finishing CNC‑machined components, and preparing them for subsequent processes.

You will use grinders, buffers, sanders and deburring machines, while ensuring quality standards are met. The position is 39 hours per week, days, with a flexible start and finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in deburring, polishing or grinding in a precision manufacturing role.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances.
• High level of reliability and integrity.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities

• Deburring, finishing CNC-machined components
• Using grinders, buffers, sanders, and deburring machines to smooth sharp edges, corners, and surface imperfections
