Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a permanent Deburring Operative for a precision aerospace manufacturer in Tewkesbury. The role involves removing burrs from metal parts, finishing CNC‑machined components, and preparing them for subsequent processes.

You will use grinders, buffers, sanders and deburring machines, while ensuring quality standards are met. The position is 39 hours per week, days, with a flexible start and finish.

Hours: days 39 hours Monday to Thursday with flex start and finish

We are now seeking to recruit permanent deburring operative to work for a precision aerospace manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury. The appropriate deburrer will be responsible for removing excess material, sharp edges, and imperfections (burrs) from metal parts using hand tools or machinery

• Using tools like grinders, buffers, sanders, and deburring machines to smooth sharp edges, corners, and surface imperfections
• Ensuring work meets quality standards
