Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking a permanent Deburrer in Tewkesbury. The role involves deburring, finishing CNC-machined components, and preparing parts for subsequent processes in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment.

You will use grinders, buffers, Sanders and deburring machines to smooth edges and ensure high-quality results. The position requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and reliability in a busy production setting.

Position: Deburrer

Location: Tewkesbury

Salary: £30420

Type of position: permanent

Hours: days 39 hours Monday to Thursday with flex start and finish

We are now seeking to recruit permanent deburring operative to work for a precision aerospace manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury. The appropriate deburrer will be responsible for removing excess material, sharp edges, and imperfections (burrs) from metal parts using hand tools or machinery

Key Responsibilities

• Deburring, finishing CNC-machined components
• Using tools like grinders, buffers, sanders, and deburring machines to smooth sharp edges, corners, and surface imperfections
• Ensuring work meets quality standards
• Cleaning, polishing, and preparing parts for subsequent processes,
• Carry out visually inspecting parts

Requirements:

• Experience Deburring / polishing or grinding in a precision manufacturing role
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight tolerances
• High level of reliability and integrity
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy production environment
