Job summary

JRS Associates have partnered up with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Pinxton to recruit a skilled Deburrer to join their growing production team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a clean, well-organised aerospace environment on high-precision components.

The Successful Deburrer role offers £13.50 per hour with Mon–Thu 8:00am–4:30pm and Fri 8:00am–1:30pm, plus overtime and long-term job security in an established workshop with an excellent team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Deburrer, Fettler, or Finisher in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in using handheld tools such as: Deburring knives, Burr wheels, Files & abrasive pads, Air tools.
• Ability to remove sharp edges, blend surfaces, and finish aerospace components to a high standard.
• Comfortable reading basic engineering drawings or visual standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a “right-first-time” mindset.
• Capable of inspecting work for quality and consistency before passing to the next stage.
