Job summary

Springwell Precision Limited is seeking a full-time CNC Turner Programmer based on-site in Washington. You will set up, program and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision components from technical drawings and customer specs.

Daily tasks include interpreting drawings, choosing tooling, writing and tweaking programs, inspecting parts, and keeping the machines and work area safe and efficient. You will collaborate with engineers and workshop colleagues to optimize production processes

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in programming and adjusting CNC turning programs.
• Hands-on machining and milling experience with CNC lathes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Program, write and modify CNC turner programs.
• Set up and operate CNC turning machines and tooling.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerances.
• Maintain machines and workshop areas for safe operation.
• Collaborate with engineers and colleagues to optimize production.
• Meet delivery deadlines and production targets.
