Job summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Operator in the Washington area near Sunderland. You will set, operate and prove out existing CNC programmes on turning or milling machines, producing precision components to tight tolerances.

You will read engineering drawings, adjust tooling and offsets, and perform in-process inspections. The role requires flexibility to rotating shifts and a proactive approach to keep machines running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC Turning or CNC Milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience proving out and running existing CNC programmes; ability to make minor edits and tooling offsets.
