Job summary

HR GO Group is seeking an experienced CNC Operative to join its precision engineering team in the UK. The role involves setting up, programming (where applicable), and operating CNC machinery to meet engineering drawings and production targets.

You will read drawings, change tooling, load materials, and perform first-off/in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers. Attention to detail and timely documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings and interpreting tolerances.
• Ability to set up, run and monitor CNC machines to engineering drawings.
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using micrometers/calipers.
• Competent in using measuring tools to verify part quality.
• Experience with CNC programming or conversational programming.
