Job summary

Technify Talent Limited is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator for a precision engineering environment in the Cambridge area. You will set and operate CNC turning centres and work from engineering drawings with tight tolerances.

You will carry out first-off and in-process inspection and support production with basic fault finding, demonstrating a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently on multi-axis machines.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC turning experience (ideally 5+ years).
• Strong understanding of drawings, tolerances, and inspection tools.
• Experience with multi-axis machines.
• Able to work independently with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC turning centres (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi).
• Work to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspection.
• Support production with basic fault finding.
