Key duties include interpreting drawings, changing tooling and fixtures, performing first-off and in-process inspections, and recording production data. The role requires 2+ years of machining experience and proficiency with micrometers and calipers.

• Read engineering drawings to interpret tolerances and features.
• Operate CNC machinery to set up and run production jobs.
• CNC or conversational programming experience is desirable.
• High attention to detail and tight time management required.
• Experience with basic setup and tool changes as part of the CNC process.
