Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services in Desford is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Operative to join a world-leading team on an ongoing, temporary basis. You’ll assemble heavy-duty machinery components on a production line using hand and air tools, and ensure quality at every step.

You will follow standard work manuals, safety protocols, and aim to meet TAKT times and productivity targets. After 6 months, there is potential for pay progression, with enhanced holiday allowances and on-site facilities

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced production/manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in the safe use of hand and air tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
