Job summary

Proactive Global is recruiting Assembly Operators to join our client's production team in Hounslow. This hands-on role involves accurate assembly of mechanical components in a busy manufacturing environment, with immediate starts and fixed hours (Mon–Thu 8:00–16:30, Fri 7:00–15:15).

The successful candidates will have good practical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to follow assembly instructions and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, production or manufacturing desirable.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Good practical mechanical aptitude.
• Accurate and detail oriented.
• Reliable and punctual; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical parts accurately and efficiently.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Follow assembly drawings and production procedures.
• Perform quality checks to meet specifications.
• Identify and report defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Support production team with duties as required.
