Job summary

Ultra PCS, part of Ultra Precision Control Systems, Cheltenham, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support the manufacture, integration and test of high precision aerospace products. Qualifications

• Familiar with Code of Practices and IPC620A Standards – not essential as training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a precision assembly environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-precision products from engineering drawings for aerospace.
• Assemble sub-assemblies for use with high-precision products using appropriate tooling.
• Set up tooling such as presses and drills according to controlled documentation.
• Ensure build documentation is completed according to procedures.
• Maintain training records as evidence of work carried out.
