Job summary

Ultra PCS, part of Ultra Precision Control Systems, Cheltenham, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support the manufacture, integration and test of high precision aerospace products. The role involves working with detailed drawings and assembly of sub-assemblies in a safety-conscious environment.

Job Description Eaton MSD Cheltenham are looking for a Manufacturing Operator. The Eaton MSD Cheltenham manufacturing function is responsible for the manufacture, integration and test of a wide range of products and systems providing innovative capabilities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• To manufacture high precision products from detailed engineering drawings for the aerospace industry.
• To manufacture a variety of sub-assemblies for use with Eaton MSD Cheltenham's range of high precision products using appropriate tooling and processes in accordance with the individual’s scope of approval.
• Setup tooling such as presses, drills, special to type tooling etc in accordance with controlled documentation, and in accordance with the individual’s scope of approval.
• To ensure that all build documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures.
• To maintain training records in accordance with company procedure as evidence of work carried out.
• Full understanding of the expectations and requirements of being an Eaton MSD Cheltenham certified Stamp Holder.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with the relevant drawings, manufacturing instructions process sheets and specifications.

Required Skills and Experience
