Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Estimator – Precast Concrete in Alfreton to price bespoke precast building products used in landscaping, facades and structural projects.

You will review designer drawings, price up designs, produce formal quotations and manage client relationships to encourage repeat business. Strong reading of technical drawings and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience within architectural precast and related external building products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• High levels of organisation, attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and project information from designers and consultants.
• Price up designs and produce formal quotations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Input all relevant information into scheduling software and CRM system.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Price up projects ranging from £30k to £5m.
