Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Senior Estimator Facades to prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and tenders for façade and cladding projects. Remote role, you will analyse drawings, specifications and project requirements to produce accurate quotations.

You will liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams, obtain subcontractor quotations, identify risks and ensure costs are accounted for on projects valued from about £2m to £35m+.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Estimator within facades.
• Experience with rainscreen cladding a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and tenders for facade and cladding projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications and project requirements to produce accurate quotations.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiating costs where appropriate.
• Identify project risks, assess material and labour requirements, and ensure all costs are accounted for.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal estimating teams throughout the tender process, providing commercial and technical support.
• Working on projects that could range in value between £2m and £35m+.
