Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Estimator for Aluminium Glazing Systems, based in Cardiff, to produce estimates for various projects. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of estimating experience in the UK construction industry and a strong background in architectural glazing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years estimating experience within the UK construction industry.
• Background in architectural glazing and curtain walling.
• Strong ability to conduct take offs.
• Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Produce estimates for design, manufacture, and installation.
• Review tender documents and produce high-quality returns.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and gather quotations.
• Liaise with main contractors throughout projects.
