LiveKit is seeking a Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales) to partner with customers from discovery through production. You will design architectures, build live demos, and guide teams across cloud deployments including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product to win technical decisions and translate field insights into roadmap priorities, delivering measurable impact for enterprise customers.

Formación

• 4+ years in solutions architecture or sales engineering or equivalent customer-facing engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication for technical audiences and ability to demo and present.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with an account executive as the technical lead on strategic deals from discovery to production.
• Advise customers on cloud architecture and deployment across self-hosted and LiveKit Cloud.
• Build live demos and reference applications tailored to customer use cases.
• Scope and run proofs-of-concept against clear success criteria toward production.
• Reason about connectivity, infrastructure, and end-to-end latency to design for scale.
• Create technical content (blogs, guides, webinars, talks) to help developers and enterprises.
• Act as the technical enabler for your region's pod and share field insight for roadmaps.
