Job summary

One Model is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to scale our market presence in EMEA and connect deep HR data capabilities with business value. You will learn Workforce Intelligence, AI Transformation, and combine that knowledge with demonstration expertise to show how our platform supports HR, AI, and technical buyers.

You will contribute to live product demos, create use-case content, support RFP efforts, and engage at events to drive excitement and trust in One Model solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or sales engineering for enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• High-Impact Demos: Prepare for and deliver live, dynamic product demonstrations tailored to HR and AI transformation challenges of prospects.
• Tailored Use Cases: Create custom content, metrics, and data mockups in the products to showcase HR scenarios (TA, Comp, L&D, retention, AI Impact).
• RFP & Functional Support: Partner with Account Executives to navigate RFPs, describe product capabilities, and handle ad-hoc queries.
• Content Creation: Record engaging product videos to showcase features and drive market excitement.
• Project Work: Engage in projects designed to support the sales team and reinforce pre-sales activities.
• Event Engagement: Attend local and regional events, delivering demonstrations on-site and speaking to prospects.
