Job summary

One Model Inc. is seeking a passionate Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to scale our EMEA presence and bridge HR data capability, Workforce Intelligence, AI Measurement and Transformation with strategic business value. This is a real, high-visibility pre-sales role, not a demo-only position.

You'll deliver high-impact demos, tailor content to prospects, assist with RFPs with Account Executives, create product videos, and participate in events. 100% remote with UK/Europe considerations.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR, Workforce Intelligence, and/or AI transformational software pre-sales professional who can learn a platform quickly and demonstrate with authority.
• Able to translate advanced analytics and metrics for CHROs, HR leaders, AI Transformation Officers, and IT/Technical buyers.
• Excellent communication and presence to engage audiences and build rapport in live or web-based demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact live product demonstrations tailored to HR, AI transformation, and workforce intelligence challenges.
• Create tailored use cases, metrics, and data mockups within the product to showcase HR scenarios (TA, Comp, L&D, retention, etc.).
• Support RFPs with Account Executives by describing product capabilities and handling ad-hoc queries.
• Create engaging product videos to drive market excitement.
