Job summary

Anthropic Limited seeks an Applied AI pre-sales architect to become a trusted technical advisor for large enterprises. You will help clients understand Claude, design evals, and deploy Claude into their technology stacks, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities include translating customer needs into technical solutions, guiding architecture decisions, and supporting Claude API deployments. Occasional travel and deep-dive sessions are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience working with enterprise customers navigating complex buying cycles.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python and familiar with LLM frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers through Claude adoption, from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to engineering and business audiences.
• Guide architectural decisions to integrate Claude into customers' tech stack.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance.
• Identify integration patterns and relay insights to Product and Engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and deep dives.
