Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI pre-sales architect to act as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprises evaluating Claude and planning deployment within their stacks. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers from discovery to deployment, develop evals, design scalable architectures, and ensure safety and reliability in every solution.

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including executives.
• Strong technical communication translating requirements between technical and business audiences.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and ML/data science.
• Cross-organizational collaboration and balancing priorities.
• Teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal communication for diverse external/internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with account executives to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor through Claude adoption from discovery to deployment, coordinating across teams.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development teams, and executives.
• Guide architectural decisions and integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance.
• Identify common integration patterns and provide insights to Product/Engineering.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and deep-dives.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments and implementation patterns.
