Harmonic is shaping the AI/ cybersecurity space from London. We seek an AI/ML Product Engineer to build the insight layer that interprets how people and agents use AI, turning data into actionable customer insights.

This hands-on IC role collaborates with product, engineering, security and customers to ship customer-facing features. You will turn raw usage data into trusted insights, frame problems with product partners, and deploy end-to-end solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of shipping production ML that customers or surfaces depend on (e.g., classifiers, clustering pipelines).
• Solid ML foundations across supervised and unsupervised methods; avoid heavy forecasting backgrounds.
• Strong production Python for ML and data engineering; code in version control, tested and deployed.

Aufgaben

• Turn raw AI usage data into insights customers can see, trust and act on.
• Own insight features end-to-end from framing to production and iteration.
• Make sense of unstructured data at scale with validated outputs.
• Build and maintain data pipelines behind models and ensure production reliability.
• Build evaluation frameworks, ground-truth sets and error analysis.
