Anthropic is seeking an experienced Applied AI team member to act as a Pre-Sales architect. You will become a trusted technical advisor to large enterprises, helping them understand Claude’s value and architect scalable deployments within their tech stacks.

You will co-own strategic accounts, build executive technical champions, and drive multi-quarter adoption roadmaps while working with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience acting as a technical advisor to enterprise buyers.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable Claude deployments.
• Strong communication with executives and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect innovative LLM solutions addressing complex business challenges.
• Co-own account plans with account executives for strategic customers.
• Lead technical workshops, discovery, evals, and deployment planning.
• Develop scalable architectures and integration patterns with Claude in customer stacks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align business goals with technical implementation.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and deep dives.
