Job summary

redfish solutions ltd, a leading Design & Build fit out specialist, seeks a Pre-Construction Manager to steer early-stage project development across Landlord CAT A and refurbishment schemes. You’ll be the client-facing technical and commercial lead, guiding feasibility, cost planning, and programme strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong background in pre-construction management within Design & Build.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience producing cost plans and tender submissions.

• Relevant technical or construction qualifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and commercial competitiveness.
• Support the transition from pre-construction to delivery, ensuring seamless handover of information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of pre-construction processes, standards, and client engagement methods.
• Represent the business professionally, consistently, and confidently in all client interactions.
