Job summary

Redfish Solutions Ltd is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead early-stage project development across landlord fit-out schemes in London. You will act as a client-facing technical and commercial lead, guiding clients through design options, feasibility, cost planning, and programme strategy.

This front-end role requires coordinating design teams, advising clients, and ensuring proposals are accurate, buildable, and aligned with landlord expectations. Hybrid work with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities across Landlord CAT A and refurbishment projects.

• Manage early engagement with subcontractors to validate pricing and sequencing.
• Prepare and present proposals with clarity, accuracy, and commercial competitiveness.
• Support the transition from pre-construction to delivery with seamless handover of information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of pre-construction processes and client engagement methods.
• Represent the business professionally in all client interactions.
